The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a vibrant Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility with its full-height, insulated construction. It includes Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for visibility and an easily removable bottom mount control module. Capable of maintaining temperatures up to 200 °F, this cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides positioned 3 inches apart and adjustable in 1 ½ inch increments. It accommodates either (18) 18 in x 26 in or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 ½ in pan capacity. The unit is supported by 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. Built from aluminum and operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
