The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features lower wattage and Red Insulation Armour designed for mobility. This full-height, insulated unit is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors and a removable bottom mount control module. It includes a thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 200 °F and universal wire slides arranged on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments. The cabinet can accommodate (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pans. It is mounted on 5-inch casters, with two casters equipped with brakes. The aluminum construction operates at 120V/60/1 phase, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P configuration. This product is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
