The C5 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers a mobile, full-height design with excellent insulation and solid Dutch doors for easy access. It features top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer for precise temperature monitoring. This unit utilizes a ducted heating system with a thermostat range of 70 °F to 200 °F, accommodating a variety of pan sizes with a capacity for either (17) 18 in x 26 in or (32) 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in pans. Adjustable wire slides are set at 1-1/2 inches, and the cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this model operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. It meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR ® certified for energy efficiency.
