Constructed from stainless steel, this cabinet includes a timer, thermometer, and a whiteboard for easy organization. It is equipped with a bumper and a bottom-mounted heat module, ensuring efficient heating. The unit rolls smoothly on six casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes. Electrical requirements include 120v/60/1-ph, 1650w, and 13.8a, complete with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cULus and NSF certified, with additional options and accessories available.
