It can hold up to 240 dishes, accommodating a maximum size of 12-5/8 inches across four columns—approximately 60 dishes per column. For convenience, it offers two-handed access and includes recessed handles. The dolly is equipped with 5-inch diameter swivel casters, two of which have brakes, and is constructed from a chip-resistant polymer shell that incorporates Microban ® antimicrobial protection. Its aesthetic appearance includes a blue vinyl dust and water splash cover, and it is NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
