PITCO E35 electric floor model fryer with 35 lb oil capacity

This electric floor model fryer features a full frypot with a 35 lb oil capacity, equipped with a thermostat and an on/off switch, as well as a temperature limit switch for added safety. It includes a removable basket hanger and a 1-1/4 inch full port valve for efficient draining. The fryer comes with two twin baskets, a drain extension, and a drain line clean-out rod, along with a sample cleaner. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, it also has 6 inch adjustable legs for stability. It is cULus and UL EPH Listed for reliable performance.
