It boasts a digital display and can reach a maximum operating temperature of 752 °F. Each oven includes three 18-inch wide stone surfaces, a timer, and halogen lighting for optimal visibility. The oven door is equipped with heat-reflecting glass, enhancing energy efficiency. With Turbo-Start capability, the oven heats up quickly. Its sleek stainless steel construction covers the top, front, and sides, and it operates at 9.05kW per deck. The unit also meets UL and UL EPH classifications, ensuring safety and performance standards are upheld.
