The PizzaMaster ® 700 Series Pizza Oven is a deck-type electric oven featuring three decks, each with internal dimensions of 56 inches in width and 28 inches in depth. Each deck can accommodate eight 14-inch pizzas, making it ideal for high-volume operations. This model boasts a digital display with electronic controls and reaches a maximum operating temperature of 932 °F. Each deck is equipped with four 14-inch wide stones, along with a timer, halogen lighting, and turbo-start functionality. The oven door is designed with heat-reflecting glass for improved efficiency, and there’s a retractable front loading shelf for convenience. Its exterior is made of durable stainless steel, and it comes with legs that feature locking casters for stability and ease of movement. Each deck operates at 12.5kW and the oven is UL and UL EPH Classified for safety.
