The PizzaMaster ® 800 Series Pizza Oven features a deck-type, electric design with dual decks and spacious internal dimensions of 48.4 in W x 32.3 in D for each deck. It can accommodate six 16-inch pizzas per deck and boasts a digital display with electronic controls for precision cooking. With a maximum operating temperature of 932 °F, this oven includes three 16-inch wide stones per deck, a timer, and halogen lighting for optimal visibility. It also offers Turbo-Start functionality, an oven door equipped with heat-reflecting glass, and a retractable front loading shelf for easy access. The stainless steel front enhances durability, while locking casters ensure stability. Each deck requires a power supply of 13.5kW and the unit is UL and UL EPH Classified.
