The PizzaMaster ® 900 Series Pizza Oven is a deck-type electric oven featuring two decks with internal dimensions of 54.3 inches in width and 36.2 inches in depth per deck. Each deck accommodates up to six 18-inch pizzas. It includes a digital display with electronic controls, reaching a maximum operating temperature of 932 °F. Each deck is equipped with three 18-inch wide stones, a timer, and halogen lighting for optimal cooking visibility. The oven features Turbo-Start functionality, a door made of heat-reflecting glass, and a retractable front-loading shelf. Constructed with a stainless steel front and legs that come with locking casters, this oven operates at 16.8kW per deck and meets UL and UL EPH classifications for safety and performance.
