The UltraVent Recirculating Condensation Hood is designed for use with electric single SelfCookingCenter 62, SelfCookingCenter 102, CombiMaster Plus 62, or CombiMaster Plus 102 models. It features a powerful two-speed fan with airflow capabilities ranging from 165 to 335 CFM. The unit comes equipped with two easy-to-clean grease filters and is constructed from durable stainless steel. Operating at 3.6 amps, this hood requires 120V/60Hz/1-ph power and includes a 6-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets UL 197 & 507 and CSA C22.2 109 & 113 standards. Installation is not performed at the factory, and it is compatible with right or left hinge doors. Please note that it should not be used with VarioSmoker, and it is intended for a single RATIONAL combi, not for stacked Combi-Duos.
