The two (2) iCombi Pro 6-Half Size Combi Ovens (model CB1GRRA.0000230) are designed for double stacking and operate on natural gas. Each oven has the capacity to hold (12) 13 in x 18 in sheet pans, (12) 12 in x 20 in steam pans, or (12) 1/1 GN pans. Equipped with an intelligent cooking system, these ovens feature four assistants: iDensityControl, iCookingSuite, iProductionManager, and iCareSystem. They offer six operating modes, five cooking methods, and three manual modes, with a temperature range from 85°F to 572°F. Additional features include quick clean capability, care control, eco mode, a 6-point core temperature probe, a retractable hand shower, an Ethernet interface, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Each oven delivers 49,500 BTU, operates on 120V/60/1-phase, features a 6 ft cord, has a power consumption of 0.6 kW, and meets CE, IPX5, cCSAus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
