This package includes one (1) CC1ERRA.0000218 iCombi Pror 6-Full Size Combi Oven and one (1) CE1ERRA.0000221 iCombi Pror 10-Full Size Combi Oven, featuring a double stack configuration. Both ovens are electric and can accommodate either (16) 18 in x 26 in sheet pans, (32) 12 in x 20 in steam pans, or (16) 2/1 GN pans. Included are (8) stainless steel grids, along with an intelligent cooking system supported by (4) assistants: iDensityControl, iCookingSuite, iProductionManager, and iCareSystem. The devices offer (6) operating modes, (5) cooking methods, and (3) manual operating modes, with a temperature range from 85°F to 572°F.
