The iCombi Classic ® 20-Half Size Combi Oven (CF2ERRA.0000261) is an electric appliance designed to accommodate either (20) 13 in x 18 in sheet pans, (20) 12 in x 20 in steam pans, or (20) 1/1 GN pans. It comes with a mobile oven rack for convenience and features a digital color display screen with push-button controls. The oven offers (3) manual operating modes: steam, convection, and combination, with a temperature range from 85 °F to 572 °F. It includes (100) program slots for customization, a core temperature probe, a retractable hand shower, and a 5-speed fan for efficient operation. Additionally, there are (4) automatic cleaning programs and an integrated care system for maintenance. An Ethernet interface is also included. The unit operates at 208/240v/60/3-ph with a power consumption of 37.2 kW, holds an IPX5 rating, and is certified by UL, cULus, and NSF.
