It features a mobile oven rack, a digital color display screen with push button controls, and offers (3) manual operating modes: steam, convection & combination. The temperature range spans from 85 °F to 572 °F, with (100) program slots available for customization. It includes a core temperature probe, a retractable hand shower, and a 5-speed fan. For ease of maintenance, there are (4) automatic cleaning programs and an integrated care system. The oven is equipped with an Ethernet interface, has a power output of 159,500 BTU, operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a 6 ft. cord, and provides 1.3 kW of power.
