The START AUTO 300 Slicer features an automatic belt-driven, gravity-feed design with a cutting area measuring 11.22 inches by 6.49 inches. It is equipped with a 12-inch chromed alloy hollow-ground knife that can slice from 0 inches to 9/16 inches in thickness. The unit operates at a 30 ° carriage angle and includes a top-mounted, removable sharpener with dual action capabilities. A gasket-sealed mechanism ensures precise adjustments for slice thickness, and it is moisture-proof for enhanced durability. The powerful 1/2 HP fan-cooled knife motor ensures smooth operation, while non-slip rubber feet provide stability during use. The slicer operates at 115V/60/1-ph and is certified by ETL and CETLUS.
