The CL50 ULTRA Pizza Pack features a comprehensive set designed for efficiency in food processing. This pack includes a commercial food processor equipped with a vegetable prep attachment, featuring a kidney-shaped and cylindrical hopper (note: it does not come with a bowl). It contains a variety of discs for versatile food preparation: (1) 2mm slicing disc (28063), (1) 4mm slicing disc (28004), (1) 7mm grating disc (28164), and (1) 10mm dicing kit (28112). Additionally, it comes with a dice cleaning kit (39881) and (2) wall mount disc holders (107812). The stainless steel motor base operates at a single speed of 425 RPM with a powerful 1-1/2 HP motor, running on 120v/60/1-ph with a 12.0 amp draw. It is compliant with NEMA 5-15P and features certifications from cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
