This package includes a variety of essential components: one 3mm slicing disc (28064), one 5mm slicing disc (28065), one 3mm grating disc (28058), one 5mm grating disc (28163), one 10mm dicing kit (28112), and a dice cleaning kit (39881). Additionally, two wall mount disc holders (107812) are included for convenient storage. The powerful stainless steel motor base operates at a single speed of 425 RPM, with a robust 1-1/2 HP specification, and runs on 120v/60/1-ph at 12.0 amps. This model is certified as cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for added safety and compliance.
