This commercial power mixer is designed for efficient blending and processing. Featuring a 29-inch stainless steel shaft with a removable stainless steel foot and blade, it can handle up to 400 liters of capacity. The mixer is equipped with a double ergonomic handle for comfortable operation. Included with the unit are a stainless steel wall support and a blade disassembly tool for easy maintenance. It operates at a single speed of 12,000 RPM with a powerful 1.6 HP motor, powered by a 120V/60/1-ph connection and drawing 1000 watts. The efficient plug-in system includes a detachable power cord and meets cETLus and ETL sanitation standards.
