This vertical bench-style cutter/mixer features a 15-liter stainless steel bowl equipped with handles, as well as a 4-liter mini bowl assembly. It includes three stainless steel smooth edge S-blades in its blade assembly, a pulse function, and operates at two speeds of 1800 and 3600 RPM. Designed for power and efficiency, this unit runs on a 208-240V/60/3-phase power supply, delivering 4.5 HP. It comes with a NEMA L15-20P plug and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
