This vertical bench-style cutter/mixer features an 8-liter stainless steel bowl equipped with a handle and a transparent lid for easy monitoring. It comes with a 3.5-liter stainless steel mini bowl and a blade insert, along with two adjustable smooth edge stainless steel blades within the assembly. The device is designed with a magnetic safety switch for secure operation and includes on/off and pulse controls, as well as indicator lights. With dual speed options of 1800 and 3600 RPM, it operates at 208-240V/60/3-phase, drawing 9.9 amps and delivering 3 HP power. It is compatible with NEMA L15-20P and has received cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
