It features six stainless steel V-shaped spits, capable of accommodating 24-30 chickens at once. Each spit is driven by its own motor for optimal performance. This oven is equipped with a drip pan that includes a drain plug for easy cleaning. A halogen lamp provides excellent visibility, while the tempered glass doors ensure durability and an appealing view of the cooking process. The oven boasts an SSP stainless steel finish complemented by black porcelain enamel front panels, with a 5% surcharge for alternate colors from the Rotisol chart. With a powerful output of 77,000 BTU and a consumption of 0.53 kW, it operates on a voltage of 208-230v/60/1-ph at 3.0 amps.
