The Millennium Rotisserie Oven is a floor model designed for gas operation, measuring 56-1/8 inches in width. It features eight stainless steel V-shaped spits capable of accommodating 40 to 48 chickens, each driven by individual spit motors. Its elegant design includes tempered glass doors and a drip pan with a convenient drain plug. The oven is equipped with a halogen lamp and boasts a LUXE finish, showcasing a full-body black porcelain enamel with options for chrome or brass trim (note: a 5% surcharge applies for alternate colors from the Rotisol chart). With a powerful output of 123,000 BTU and requiring 0.54 kW at 208-230v/60/1-phase with a current draw of 2.6 amps, this oven meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
