The Kabob Broiler features a gas countertop design with a 24-inch width and is equipped with four radiant removable burners, each delivering 18,000 BTU/hr. It includes individual manual controls and standing pilots for precise operation. The unit boasts stainless steel radiant covers and a fully welded, removable, and replaceable interior firebox for durability. With 1,200 ° mineral wool insulation, it ensures optimum temperature retention. A large stainless steel water pan is included, along with stainless steel tubing for pilots. The sides, front, and ledge are constructed from stainless steel, while the unit also has four adjustable legs for stability. It produces a total of 72,000 BTU and meets cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation standards, proudly made in the USA.
