The Kabob Broiler is a gas countertop unit measuring 48 inches wide, equipped with eight 18,000 BTU/hr radiant removable burners. It features individual manual controls and standing pilots, along with stainless steel radiant covers. The fully welded interior firebox is both removable and replaceable, and it is insulated with 1,200 ° mineral wool for optimal heat retention. Additionally, this broiler comes with a large stainless steel water pan, stainless steel tubing for the pilots, and durable stainless steel construction for the sides, front, and ledge. Four adjustable legs ensure stability, while the unit delivers a total output of 144,000 BTU. It meets cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation standards and is proudly made in the USA.
