The Kabob Broiler is a gas countertop unit measuring 72 inches wide, featuring twelve 18,000 BTU/hr radiant removable burners. Each burner is equipped with individual manual controls and standing pilots, complemented by stainless steel radiant covers. It boasts a fully welded, removable, and replaceable interior fire box with 1,200 ° mineral wool insulation. The pilots are constructed from stainless steel tubing, enhancing durability. A large stainless steel water pan, along with stainless steel sides, front, and ledge, ensures efficient operation. The unit sits on 4-inch adjustable legs, generating a total output of 216,000 BTU. It meets cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation certification standards and is proudly made in the USA.
