The Sierra Proofer Heater Cabinet is a mobile, full-height solution designed for optimal insulation and efficiency. It features a clear polycarbonate door with a durable aluminum frame that can be reversed in the field. With an LED display for easy monitoring and a removable bottom control drawer for convenience, this cabinet supports 36 pans measuring 18 x 26 inches, placed on 1.5-inch centers. Additionally, it boasts corner bumpers for added protection, all-welded construction for durability, and smooth-rolling casters for mobility. Powered by a 1.5 kW heating element at 120v/60/1-ph, with a current draw of 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards.
