The Sierra Proofer Heater Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit featuring a non-insulated design with a clear polycarbonate door framed in aluminum that can be reversed in the field. It comes equipped with an LED display and a removable bottom control drawer. Supporting units are spaced on 1-1/2 inch centers, allowing for the accommodation of up to thirty-six 18 x 26 inch pans. The cabinet includes corner bumpers and boasts all-welded construction for durability. Mobility is facilitated by casters, while its specifications include a 1.5 kW heating element, 120v/60/1-ph power supply, 12 amps, and NEMA 5-15P certification.
