The Sierra Pizza Deck Oven features a single deck design powered by natural gas, measuring 48 inches in width, 45-1/2 inches in depth, and 58 inches in height overall. The bake deck dimensions are 36 inches in width, 36 inches in depth, and 6-3/4 inches in height. It includes a modulating thermostat and a 1-1/2 inch FibraMentc stone, with a temperature range from 300°F to 650°F. The oven is equipped with tubular burners spaced 12 inches apart, a spring-loaded door, and insulated wall construction for optimal heat retention. The exterior is crafted from stainless steel on the top, front, and sides. The unit delivers 66,000 BTUs of power and is supported by four stainless steel legs. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it also comes with a conversion kit for LP gas.
