The Sierra Pizza Deck Oven is a single-deck model designed for natural gas use, measuring 60 inches in width, 45-1/2 inches in depth, and 58 inches in height overall. The bake deck area is 48 inches wide, 36 inches deep, and 6-3/4 inches high. It features a modulating thermostat and a 1-1/2 inch FibraMentc stone, with a temperature range from 300°F to 650°F. The oven includes tubular burners spaced 12 inches apart, a spring-loaded door, and insulated wall construction. Its exterior comprises stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, delivering 88,000 BTUs of power. The oven is supported by four stainless steel legs and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, shipped with an LP conversion kit.
