The Lettuce Crisper/Dispenser features a 17-inch width and includes two drawers for optimal storage. It offers adjustable temperature controls and a manual defrost system. With a stainless steel interior and a combination of stainless steel and galvanized exterior, this unit is both durable and easy to clean. It is equipped with 3-inch casters, two of which have locks for stability. The bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration operates using R134a refrigerant and is designed for 115v/60/1-ph power with a current draw of 1.8 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus listed, as well as ETL-Sanitation certified.
