Its front operation design includes a manually adjustable roller, safety sensors for added protection, and removable spring-loaded synthetic scrapers. The large hopper allows for efficient processing, while the stainless steel construction ensures durability. With 4-inch adjustable legs for stability and a powerful 3/4 HP motor, this dough roller meets cETLus, NSF, CE, and USDA standards.
