The Somerset ® Dough Roller features a synthetic non-stick design with rollers measuring 3-1/2 inches in diameter and a length of 20 inches. It efficiently sheets between 500-600 pieces per hour, accommodating dough up to 20 inches in diameter. The side operation includes an adjustable handle for customizing dough thickness. Safety sensors ensure automatic shutoff, while removable synthetic spring-loaded scrapers enhance maintenance. This model is equipped with a large hopper and an isolated drive mechanism, supported by adjustable stainless steel legs measuring 4 inches. With durable stainless steel construction, it operates with a 3/4 HP motor and meets cETLus, NSF, CE, and USDA standards.
