The Somerset ® Dough Roller features a 3-1/2 inch diameter and 25 inch synthetic non-stick rollers, capable of sheeting 500-600 pieces per hour up to 25 inches in diameter. With front operation, it includes handle adjustments for dough thickness and safety sensors for automatic shutoff. The design incorporates removable synthetic spring-loaded scrapers and a large hopper, along with an isolated drive mechanism for durability. It stands on adjustable stainless steel legs measuring 4 inches, and its sturdy construction is made of stainless steel. This machine operates with a 3/4 HP motor and meets CE, NSF, and cETLus standards. Proudly made in the USA.
