Users can easily control viscosity, thanks to the refrigerated hopper and low evaporator temperature, which help achieve smoother and smaller ice crystals. It is designed to accommodate alcohol beverages and includes a standby mode and low mix indicators. The fast freeze technology ensures efficient operation, along with self-closing valves and a clear door for visibility. Safety features include high pressure protection and thermal overload protection.
