This floor-standing Frozen Beverage Machine features a gravity-fed system with dual flavor options, equipped with two 12.7 qt. (12 liter) mix hoppers and two 7.3 qt. (6.9 liter) freezing cylinders. It can serve up to 480 beverages per hour and includes a hopper agitator. The machine is compatible with an autofill system and boasts a v2 beater design for enhanced performance. Users can easily control viscosity, thanks to the refrigerated hopper and low evaporator temperature, which help achieve smoother and smaller ice crystals. It is designed to accommodate alcohol beverages and includes a standby mode and low mix indicators. The fast freeze technology ensures efficient operation, along with self-closing valves and a clear door for visibility. Safety features include high pressure protection and thermal overload protection. With a power requirement of 4.0kW and specifications of 208-230v/60/1-ph and 24 amps, it comes with a NEMA L6-30P plug and complies with cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards.
