This pocket thermometer features a compact 2/5-inch digital display with an impressive temperature range of -40 ° to 500 °F (-40 ° to 260 °C). Its design includes a 1.5mm diameter FDA-recommended step-down probe tip and a 4-1/2 inch stainless steel stem for accurate readings. Key functionalities include an on/off switch, auto shut-off, amber backlit LCD, and minimum/maximum hold features. The thermometer is waterproof and comes with a Safe-T-Guard anti-microbial case and sleeve. It is also recalibratable and is available in purple for allergen-free identification. A CR2032 lithium battery is included, and the product holds NSF certification. Please note that stock items are available for case pack breaks.
