This digital Portion Control Scale features a convenient tower readout. It has a dry capacity of 10 lb x 0.002 lb / 160 oz x 0.5 oz / 5 kg x 0.001 kg, and a liquid capacity of 169 fl. oz x 0.05 fl. oz / 5000 ml x 1 ml. The scale comes with a removable stainless steel platform measuring 7 in x 6.5 in and has a 1-1/2 in LCD display with backlight for easy reading. It includes tare, hold, and auto off functions, as well as low battery and overload indicators. The field calibration feature enhances accuracy, and it can be powered using the included AC adapter or four AA batteries (not included). This product is NSF certified, and case packs can be broken for stock items.
