It features a sturdy stainless steel door equipped with a lock and cam-lift hinges for easy access. The cabinet is enhanced with a color-coded temperature display and interior lighting for optimal visibility. Constructed with a stainless steel ramp, front, and sides, and an aluminum interior, this unit is both durable and practical. With a heating capacity of 2.0 kW and compatibility with 115/208-230v/60/1-ph power sources, it utilizes a NEMA 14-20P plug. The cabinet is designed to accommodate carts measuring 27 inches in width, 29 inches in depth, and 66 inches in height (cart sold separately). It holds cULus and UL EPH classification and is proudly made in the USA.
