The SPEC SERIES® Heated Cabinet is designed for roll-in functionality, standing at 89 inches tall with a single stainless steel door that features a lock for security. It includes cam-lift hinges and a color-coded temperature display, along with interior lighting for enhanced visibility. Constructed with a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior, this cabinet also comes equipped with a stainless steel ramp. It operates at 2.0kW and is compatible with 115/208-230v, 60Hz, single-phase power, featuring a NEMA 14-20P plug. This unit accommodates carts measuring 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 72 inches high (cart not included). It meets cULus and UL EPH standards and is proudly made in the USA.
