The SPEC SERIES Heated Cabinet features a roll-thru design with a single section, equipped with stainless steel doors on both the front and rear. This model includes secure locking mechanisms, cam-lift hinges, and offers a color-coded temperature display along with interior lighting. Constructed with stainless steel ramps and a stainless steel front, it also has aluminum sides and an aluminum interior. The cabinet operates at 2.0kW and is compatible with 115/208-230v/60/1-ph power, using a NEMA 14-20P plug. It can accommodate carts measuring 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 66 inches high (cart not included). The unit is cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
