It includes a color-coded temperature display and interior lighting for visibility, along with stainless steel ramps. Crafted with stainless steel for both the front and sides as well as the interior, this cabinet operates at 4.0kW and is compatible with 115/208-240v/60/1-ph power, utilizing a NEMA 14-20P plug. It accommodates carts measuring 27 inches in width, 29 inches in depth, and 66 inches in height (carts not included). The unit is cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
