This Sandwich/Salad Unit features a one-section, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system. It comes equipped with an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board and includes two drawers that accommodate two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch deep pans (not included). The unit includes twelve 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans on top and is constructed with stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, while the back is made of aluminum. The interior consists of aluminum with a stainless steel floor. Additionally, it includes 2-1/2 inch castors for mobility, operates at 1/5 HP with 115v/60/1-ph and draws 3.3 amps. It has a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus standards, is UL EPH Classified, and is proudly made in the USA.
