This Sandwich/Salad Unit features a two-section design with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration. It is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover and a cutting board measuring 8 inches deep by 1/2 inch thick. The unit includes one solid hinged door and two drawers, each capable of holding one 12 x 20 x 6 inch deep pan, as well as either three 1/9 size pans or six 1/6 size pans and three 1/9 size pans per drawer (pans not included). Additionally, it has two adjustable PVC wire shelves and comes with 18 clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, while the back is made of aluminum, and the interior consists of aluminum with a stainless steel floor. It is mounted on 2-1/2 inch castors and features a 1/5 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 2.9 amps. The product is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug, is cULus approved, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
