The Sandwich/Salad Unit features a two-section design with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board and four drawers, each capable of holding one 12 x 20 x 6-inch deep pan, along with space for three 1/9 size or six 1/6 size pans per drawer (pans not included). The unit comes with 18 clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top, and is constructed from stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back and aluminum interior featuring a stainless steel floor. Equipped with 2.5-inch castors, it operates on 1/5 HP, 115V/60/1-Ph at 2.9 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, and UL EPH Classified standards. Proudly made in the USA.
