This two-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board and is equipped with two solid hinged doors for easy access. Inside, you’ll find four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and a total of 18 clear polycarbonate insert pans, each sized 1/6. The external structure consists of stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, while the back is made of aluminum. The interior boasts aluminum construction with a stainless steel floor. It also comes on 2-1/2-inch castors for mobility and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 2.9 amps. This unit is certified cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly made in the USA.
