This two-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8 in D x 1/2 in thick cutting board, one solid hinged door, and two drawers that can accommodate two 12 in x 20 in x 6 in D pans (not included). The unit is equipped with two PVC-coated adjustable shelves and comes with 24 clear polycarbonate insert pans in 1/6 size for the top. Constructed from stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back and interior, it also boasts a stainless steel floor. Mobility is ensured with 2-1/2 in castors. Operating with a 1/3 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 4.8 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified and is proudly made in the USA.
