This two-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a heavy-duty flat glass lid. It includes an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board, along with two solid hinged doors and four PVC-coated adjustable shelves. The unit comes equipped with 24 clear polycarbonate insert pans (1/6 size) at the top. Crafted from stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, it has an aluminum back and interior with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is made easy with 2-1/2-inch castors. The unit operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, runs on 115v/60/1-ph power, draws 4.8 amps, and is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It holds cULus and UL EPH certifications and is proudly made in the USA.
