The Sandwich/Salad Unit features a three-section design with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration. It includes a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board. The unit is equipped with three solid hinged doors and six PVC-coated adjustable shelves. Additional components comprise thirty 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans at the top. The construction utilizes stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, while the back is aluminum, and the interior boasts an aluminum finish with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2 inch castors. It operates on a 1/3 HP motor at 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 5.1 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit holds cULus and UL EPH classifications and is proudly manufactured in the USA.
