This three-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a heavy-duty flat glass lid. It is equipped with an 8-inch deep and 1/2-inch thick cutting board, along with three solid hinged doors and six PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit includes 30 clear polycarbonate insert pans in 1/6 size at the top. Constructed with stainless steel front, top, and sides, and an aluminum back with an aluminum interior featuring a stainless steel floor, it also has 2-1/2-inch castors for mobility. With a 1/3 HP refrigeration system, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph and draws 5.1 amps. The unit is NEMA 5-15P compliant, cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
