This Pizza Prep unit features a pan rail temperature range of 33 - 41°F, equipped with a durable stainless steel cover. It includes a 19-1/2 in D cutting board and boasts (3) full doors along with (2) drawers. The design accommodates (2) 12 in x 20 in x 8 in D pans (not included) and offers (6) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. Additionally, it comes with (15) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, while the interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. It is mobile on (5) in castors and features front breathing for efficient air circulation. The refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/4 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 7.1 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets various safety and performance certifications, including UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE. Proudly made in the USA.
